Can "Shogun" Rua Return To Form?

Here's a recent video of "Shogun" training for his upcoming bout against UFC Hall of Famer Mark Coleman. I know these two guys have fought once before, but I still don't consider it a 'victory' for Mark Coleman. I haven't been a fan of this match up since they announced it, but I understand the business reasoning behind it. I firmly think Shogun will beat Coleman, and I look forward to seeing him against a top ten LHW afterwards. His knee appears to not be giving him any trouble in the video, but he does appear to be somewhat winded. However, there is no way of knowing how long this particular training session had been going on prior to when the filming began. Can Shogun return to form?

I see Shogun wining this fight easily, but once it comes to the real competition the UFC will have lined up for him aftarward, I think one of two things will happen in Shoguns case: he’ll either come back and dominate like the Pride days or he will not be able to mentally get past his lost to Forrest and go the way of Cro Cop. I really hope the it’s the former and not the latter
As for Coleman, I dont really see how he actually considered his “victory” in the first fight a legitimate win or how he thinks he can still even compete in the sport.

i saw this video a few days ago, and many fans said that it was an old video, it was before he fought coleman the 1rst time in pride. i dont know for sure myself.

Brent, could be right. I hope he returns to form though, him added to the mix at LHW would be dope as hell.

Yea, I have no idea why Coleman would want to cut to 205 at this point in his career.
